This seems to be the motto of this classy restaurant with a breathtaking view, superb food and easily the best service i have seen in a long long time.

Tian means Heavenly and it certainly is heaven for lovers of fine dining. In fact i’ll stick my neck out and say that this place has combined traditional food with modern presentation & ushered in a new era of food craft in India.
The menu here is like no other. Master Chef Vikramjit Roy is a visionary and a genius. His ability to challenge my sense of sight,smell & taste left me with no doubt whatsoever that he is right up there with the best chefs in India.
The interiors are classy but a lot of fine dining places have such elegant interiors. Tian scores over such places because of its huge & stunningly beautiful outdoor seating complete with a retractable roof.
The red water fountains contrast with the green terrace garden and gives a mesmerizing effect.
The dishes served here are innovative and each dish is presented beautifully and is an artistic masterpiece.
The server Shashank Goel was always close by to explain the details of each dish being served,the best way to eat it and also what we were about to taste and experience.
We were in a celebrity mood on that day and ordered a couple of bottles of champagne.
They have three tasting menu’s. We ordered number 2 & 3 along with a few vegetarian dishes.
My favourite dishes were the Wagyu Tataki & Pickled Enoki Roll, Irish Tenderloin Panang Curry and both the desserts i.e. Crispy Chocolate Dimsum and Almonds 5 ways.
