I can go on and on until i run out of superlatives describing the amazing experience i had at this newly opened cafe/pub.

Unfortunately when it comes to restaurants in Sector 29 Gurgaon, my appetite diminishes as these restaurants/pubs get the liquor portion right but the food they serve makes me feel like there is a War in my mouth and everybody died 🙂
Sector 29 market has a plethora of pubs, but the food served at Prankster is by far the most unique and best.
The first thing i noticed when i entered was the stunning interiors. The seating area is divided into various segments like Amphitheater, Classroom, Library, Mixology Lab etc. A lot of thought has gone into designing the place. The different types of seating, bar area, beautiful lighting, even the witty painting on the washroom wall, everything left me spellbound.
The crowning glory was the innovative outdoor seating. Tables which can be cranked up in the air to give you more room, beautiful vespa’s with comfortable seats, they even have a mock jonga in which you can have your meal. By far the best outdoor seating in town. They were having some problems with flies, but the manager informed us that proper pest control would be done soon to overcome the problem.
Started of with Litchi Tikka which was stuffed with khoya & dry fruits and served with pistachio shaving, the chef explained that this dish was conceptualised during his college days, as it goes well with liquor and sure enough after every couple of rounds, we kept ordering a portion of this fantastic dish.
The Honey Chilli Potatoes were soft and gooey on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. Served with Pepper Slaw, a different take on the ever popular dish.
The Sago Samosa was baked not fried and served with Kiwi Chutney.
T.T Lamb Chops which stand for Tender Tandoori, perfectly cooked and meat falling of the bone.
Imply Glazed Chicken King Pao had imly balls to indianise the flavour.
Chocolate Jingle Pudding was made live in front of us and was served on edible chocolate plates.
Other dishes which we tried were Sambhar Cappuccino with Dosai Crisp (aromatic & flavourful), E=MC2 (maggie crispy chicken), Lamb Cigars which were served with nice Garlic Mayo, Live Fried Rice Bhel, The Happy Chicken Burger (by far the biggest burger served in town), Keema Kaleji Kulcha & Water Chestnut Kulcha (out of the both, i was surprisingly more partial to the vegetarian one), Chicken Tikka Fattir (Egyptian Pizza with a flaky base), Mutton Pepper Fry Momos and and couple of dishes in main course.
“Cookery is not chemistry. It is an art. It requires Instinct & Taste rather than exact measurements.” And I must say Chef Harangad Singh’s instincts and taste are immaculate.
The service was exemplary, the servers were polite and served us with a smile on their face.
The owners of Prankster along with Chef Harangad Singh have left no stone unturned in making sure that this place provides you with a lot of drama and a visual & culinary journey like no other.
The best part about the meal was the bill 🙂 After ordering so many dishes and a couple of bottles of wine, a few cocktails and a lot of whiskey, i expected the bill to burn a hole in my pocket. But surprisingly the damage was very nominal. The food pricing is on the lower side. Walked out with a smile on my face.
Highly recommend visiting Prankster, I guarantee you that you will be blown away by the experience.
